FAQ

All fees and services are generally non-refundable. Refunds may apply in the following circumstances: 

• The learner/user did not access any portion of the online course AND the learner/user requests a refund, in writing via email within 72 hours of enrolling in the course.

• We are unable to offer refunds after the course has been accessed.

• When applicable, a refund will be issued less the materials fee for the course.

• Courses may be discontinued, postponed or changed without notice.
